2004-10-08 [Goch /Germany]
Early on friday morning a newly awakened Kite lands at Brussels international Airport. Two nice guys picks us up for the ride to Goch. I get the honour to go in the car which is packed of CD's with the punkband Die Toten Hosen.

Somewhere behind the maicefields in Goch we enjoy a wonderful breakfast served by the Heins family. They live in a large wooden house which matches my picture of a classical german house. To be able to tell the people back home that we have been in Goch we took a fast walk through the centre of Goch. We almost ran through the streets and alleys so I'm not sure if I really saw Goch. At least I think I saw some ducks and I can say that I have been there.

The concert was held in a school. Three bands were announced; Cracked, Manger and Kite. Among the audience we find people who also were at our concert in Wuppertal. The concert itself is full of energy and the support from the audience was great! We really felt that the audience has a great time.

After the concert when we return to the classical german house I realize that I have learned 3 new german words. Sonnenbrillen = sunglasses, Ausländer = foreigner and ach so = really?. Ach so have I heard a lot, but I thought it was a word you said when you were out of words or just to fill up a sentence...

Thanks to all of you who made this evening so good! Wir hoffen, wir sehen uns!
